- •Unworn items in original condition
- •Original tags and packaging intact
- •Within 14 days of delivery
- •Proof of purchase provided

- •Custom or personalized orders
- •Items showing signs of wear
- •Items without original packaging
- •Returns after 14 days
- •Gift cards and sale items
Return Process
- 1.Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- 2.Pack items securely in original packaging
- 3.Ship to the return address provided
- 4.Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your piece. If you need a different size, color, or item, we're happy to exchange it under the following conditions:
- •Item must be eligible for return (see criteria above)
- •Exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery
- •Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- •Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no additional cost to you:
- •Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- •Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
- •We'll arrange free repair, replacement, or full refund
- •Custom orders with craftsmanship defects are covered under our quality guarantee
Note: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents is not covered under this policy.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturing defects. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your piece meets your expectations before production begins. If there's an issue with your custom order, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
